Ingredients:
- 1 beef tenderloin roast (2-3 lbs)
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 1 ½ tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
In small bowl, mix together the red pepper, ginger, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Cover the beef tenderloin roast with seasoned mixture and allow it to marinade for 2-4 hours. Preheat the grill to medium and place the beef tenderloin roast directly on the rack for 50-60 minutes. Allow the beef tenderloin roast to stand for 10-15 minutes and serve.
