- 4 <strong>filet mignon</strong> steaks<br />

- 4 slices cooked bacon<br />

<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
Preheat the grill to medium.  In a small bowl, mix the garlic, onion powder, basil, oregano and 1 tbsp olive oil.  Press ¼ of the herb mixture onto one side of the cooked bacon slice and repeat for all 4 slices.  Wrap the bacon slices around each <strong>filet mignon</strong> with the herb side facing the meat and secure it with a toothpick.  Grill each <strong>filet mignon</strong> for approximately 10 minutes until desired doneness.  Serve <strong>filet mignon</strong> with side salad and garlic bread.</p>

In a small saucepan, heat the burgundy, olive oil, garlic, shallots, onions, oregano, basil, parsley and teriyaki sauce to a boil and allow it to chill.  Wrap each <strong>filet mignon</strong> with 1 slice of bacon using a toothpick to hold it in place.  In a shallow bowl, pour the burgundy marinade on all <strong>filet mignons</strong> and allow them to set for 2-4 hours.  Preheat the grill to medium-high and grill each <strong>filet mignon</strong> to desired doneness.  Serve with grilled asparagus and twice baked potato.</p>
