Ingredients:
- 4 filet mignon steaks – chopped into quarters.
- 8-10 White Mushrooms
- 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Sweet Onion slices
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup red wine
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the grill to high heat. In mixing bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, red wine, salt, pepper and olive oil. Add the filet mignon, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions to the marinade. Marinade the filet mignon in the refrigerator for 2 – 4 hours. Put the filet mignon, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions – alternating on skewers. Place loaded skewers on the grill for 7-10 minutes – basting often with the marinade. Serve immediately with fresh salad and baked potatoes.
